Mabia-Ghana empowers women in the Upper East Region by providing essential cervical cancer screenings and immediate treatment through trained midwives. Our outreach eliminates travel burdens and enhances early detection efforts.

Midwifery Education Enhancement

We support midwifery colleges and public health facilities by improving training on comprehensive abortion care and long-term family planning, ensuring future midwives are well-equipped to provide critical services.

Community Health Advocacy

Through advocacy and partnerships with local health services, we strive to reform reproductive health policies, ensuring better healthcare access and rights for vulnerable populations in Ghana.

Mabia-Ghana’s mission is to promote access to sexual and reproductive health, prevent complication and disabilities, and reduce disparities among underserved and vulnerable populations in Ghana.

ORGANIZATIONAL TRACK RECORD 

We have a proven track record in engaging and working with various facilities and communities to increase access to sexual and reproductive health in northern Ghana. To date we have footprints in five (5) of the sixteen regions of Ghana: Northern, Savannah, North East, Upper East and Upper West.
